1. General Information
   Wild Beauty Tours Dubai Service (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation services across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By booking a service with us, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Bookings
   All bookings must be made through our official booking platform, email, or phone.
   Confirmations will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If we are unable to serve a specific area, we will reject the order and issue a full refund.
   For airport transfers, accurate flight details must be provided to ensure timely service.
   Bookings should be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
   Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% charge of the total fare.
   No-shows or failure to cancel in time will be treated as a completed ride, and the full fare will be charged.
   Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
   Airport pickups: We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing.
   Other pickups: Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is provided.
   After the complimentary waiting period, an additional waiting charge of AED 50 per 15-minute increment will apply.
5. Pricing & Payments
   All rates are quoted in AED (د.إ) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
   Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, and out-of-hours service (e.g., between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
   Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or secure payment link. A 3% processing fee will apply for payments made via payment link.
6. Liability
   We strive to ensure punctuality and reliability but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or strikes.
   We are not liable for any items lost, left behind, or damaged within the vehicle during the service. We advise passengers to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
7. Conduct & Safety
   Passengers must follow safety instructions and wear seatbelts at all times.
   We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are behaving inappropriately or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
   Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer in full.
8. Data Privacy
   We process customer data in accordance with the UAE’s data protection regulations. Information will only be used to fulfill your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Modifications to the Service
   We reserve the right to modify the terms of service, rates, or any other details at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
